The most practical system

WingTsun is personal development

Focusing purely on mastering skills in self-defence, Wing Tsun not only offers you a way to realise greater physical strength, it also develops general ‘healthy body’ awareness and mental discipline. Although you don't need to be physically fit when you start Wing Tsun, regular practice will give you the knowledge and ability to protect yourself when you're most likely to need it - in real-life situations.   More >>
